Clear, quiet,
and respectful.

This policy explains what Sakis receives through the website and how that information supports a useful response.

Information we receive

When you send a general message, request a stay, or begin a hotel partnership conversation, Sakis receives the information you submit. This may include your name, email address, requested dates, guest count, property details, and message.

How we use it

We use submitted information to route and respond to your request, manage the hospitality network, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Campaign information

When you arrive through a campaign link, Sakis may temporarily retain first-party source labels such as campaign, medium, or referring domain for the current browser session. If you send a form, those labels may be attached to the inquiry so Sakis can understand which outreach led to the conversation. The site does not currently install third-party advertising trackers.

Service providers

The website uses hosting, database, and media-storage services to operate its forms and property tools. Information is shared only as needed to provide and protect those functions.

Retention

Messages and requests are retained only as long as needed for follow-up, operational records, security, and applicable legal obligations. Administrative users can mark inquiries closed when follow-up is complete.

Your choices

You may ask Sakis to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Privacy questions

Use the Sakis contact form and choose “General question.” Do not send payment details, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive information through a website form.
