Bookings and stay requests
Official booking links lead to third-party hotel websites governed by their own terms. A stay request sent through Sakis is an inquiry only and does not create a reservation until the relevant hotel confirms it.
Property relationships
Each published listing may describe Sakis as owner, manager, or collection partner. No other relationship should be inferred.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.
Intellectual property
The Sakis name, collection identity, original text, and site design may not be reused as if they were your own. Individual hotel names and marks belong to their respective owners.
